Sergey Vereshchagin appointed as the CEO of the company by the decision of the general meeting of shareholders of the OJSC  ‘Northern Caucasus Resorts’ on May,28.

According to the decision of the Board of Directors of "NCRC" S. Vereshchagin was the acting CEO Since  May,14 of this year.

Sergey Vereshchagin was born on January 23, 1975 in Krasnoyarsk-45. He graduated from the Krasnoyarsk State Technical University. In 1996-2006 he worked in the banking sector in the Krasnoyarsk city. From 2006 to 2010 he held various positions in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, including the Minister of Foreign Relations and Investment policy, the Minister of Investment policy, the Minister of Economy and Regional Development of the region. From 2010 to April 2013 was the Deputy Minister of Regional Development of the Russian Federation.

 ***OJSC  ‘Northern Caucasus Resorts’ — was created in 2010 to manage the project of creating a tourist cluster in the North Caucasus federal district, Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygea. The project provides construction of the network of world class mountain-skiing resorts: Lagonaki (Krasnodar Territory, the Republic of Adygea), Arkhyz (the Karachay-Cherkess Republic), Elbrus-Bezengi (the Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria), Mamison (the Republic of North Ossetia — Alania), Matlas (the Republic of Dagestan), Tsori and Armkhi (the Republic of Ingushetia). There will be also created beach resorts on the coast of the Caspian Sea (the Republic of Dagestan) and balneological facilities in the region of Kavkazskie Mineralnye Vody (the Stavropol Region).
