Today, on September 30, within the framework of the International Economic Forum Sochi-2016, Lev Kuznetsov, Minister of the North Caucasus Affairs of the Russian Federation, and Oleg Gorchev, Director General of the North Caucasus Resorts JSC, discussed the future development of tourism cluster in the North Caucasus under the management of JSC NCR.

Moscow has hosted a general meeting of the Skiing Industry Union members, a non-profit organization that brings together professionals in the field of design, construction and operation of ski resorts.

In Russia, it has been developed and approved a state industry standard that defines the requirements for the activities of ski resorts. First tested in the winter season of 2015/2016 on the grounds of the VTRK "Arkhyz" and VTRK "Elbrus" and modified by the results of the test implementation, beginning from the 1st of January 2017, the national standard will become effective on the entire territory of the Russian Federation, and it will be recommended to take into account when organizing the activities of Russian ski resorts.

In the near to the VTRK "Arkhyz" territory settlement Arkhyz of the Zelenchuksky District of Karachay-Cherkess Republic, it has been established an Association of tourism entrepreneurs.

July 15, the Minister of the Russian Federation for the North Caucasus Affairs Lev Kuznetsov made a working visit to the all-season resort "Arkhyz" where he got acquainted with the site work in the summer season and discussed with the acting head of Karachay-Cherkessia Rashid Temrezov, the Deputy the Minister of the Russian Federation for the North Caucasus Affairs Andrey Reznikov and the JSC "KSK" General Director Oleg Gorchev, the prospects for the resort development and for the operation of its sites in the winter of 2016/2017.

The Ministry of the Russian Federation of the Northern Caucasus Affaires decided to grant the subsidy to Tramplin1650 company, a resident of the tourist cluster in the North Caucasus Federal District, to pay interest on the loan financing attracted for implementation of its project. The corresponding order of the Ministry of the Northern Caucasus Affaires of Russia was signed by Lev Kuznetsov, Minister of the Russian Federation of the Northern Caucasus Affaires.
